Provision of services to investigate, design, build and commission the new COMKAF HQ building at Kandahar air Base in Afghanistan.
GOME provided services to conduct initial site investigations, site specific design, detailed construction design as necessary and build and commission the new COMKAF HQ building. Services included, but not limited to completing final design, initial site preparation, structural, lighting, HVAC, furnishings, electrical/power, water and sanitary sewer systems, plus the design of the required utilities for the entire building complex.
Project consist of a New hardened two-story building, 1450m2 , in accordance with attached robust design drawings and with site preparation will cover 1350m2.
Office space covering 1089.-m2 (including JDOC), Conference Rooms 100.-m2, CIS/Communications 36.-m2, Storage 30.-m2, Toilets 45.-m2 (10% females), Utilities and ancillary 150.-m2 (Water, back-up power, firefighting, HVAC, Stairs)
