GOME is performed all required works and construction services including furnishing all labor, material, equipment and services required to complete the solvent-based elastomeric roof coating and roof related repairs on the existing 60,500 square foot total of the Staff Diplomatic Townhouses (SDA) in the U.S. Embassy Kuwait. The Townhouses consist of a concrete substrate with six (6) inches of insulation and a single ply waterproofing membrane on two story buildings.
This project is successfully ongoing and will also be successfully completed and turned over to US Government before the specified project duration including the additional scope awarded during the execution of the contract.
